Abbasi Travels provides advice and assistance with flight and hotel search, worldwide visit, study and work visa applications, Hajj & Umrah travel, and international recruitment. The exact scope of services is agreed individually with the client.
The issuance of a visa, admission to a university, a job offer, or a work permit is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority, institution or employer. Abbasi Travels cannot guarantee any outcome, but supports the careful preparation of each application. Flight and hotel bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the airline, hotel or supplier providing the service; prices shown during search are not final until confirmed at booking.
The client is required to provide all information and documents necessary for processing completely and truthfully.
Abbasi Travels is liable only for damages arising from gross negligence or intent. Abbasi Travels accepts no liability for decisions made by authorities, embassies, universities, employers, airlines or hotel providers.
Payment terms and service fees are agreed individually as part of the consultation and confirmed in writing. Government, consular and visa-centre fees are separate from our service fee and are set by the relevant authorities.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, where legally permitted, Frankfurt am Main.
